Southeast Missouri State University will hold a "Show Me College Day for Transfer Students" April 21 in the University Center Missouriana Room. Southeast Missouri State University will hold a "Show Me College Day for Transfer Students" April 21 in the University Center Missouriana Room.

All students planning to transfer to Southeast are invited. There is no cost, but students planning to attend the event should register with the new-student relations office by calling (314) 651-2590.

Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by a welcome from Kala Stroup, president of Southeast Missouri State University at 10 a.m. Academic life will be discussed at 10:15 a.m. and student life at 11:15 a.m. A complimentary lunch will be served at noon, during which residence life and commuter information will be discussed.

A campus tour will be offered at 1 p.m. An information exchange will be held at 2 p.m., during which questions may be raised concerning transfer of courses, programs offered within colleges, financial assistance and other topics.

Participants are asked to bring a college transcript, college catalog, current semester schedule, a letter of acceptance from Southeast if students have received them and ACT scores.

Only students who have received a letter of acceptance to the university are eligible to enroll. Direct questions concerning enrollment status to Trish Kogge at (314) 651-2474.
