KIT DOYLE ~ kdoyle@semissourian.com<br>The Cape Girardeau Fire Department inspects an overturned tractor-trailer on Highway 74 near Interstate 55 Thursday morning, January 8, 2009, in Cape Girardeau. Authorities say that the tractor-trailer was carrying sawdust. Crews work to clean up debris from a tractor trailer rollover that occurred at 9 a.m. Thursday at Highway 74 and interstate 55. There were no injuries,but traffic was slowed and only one lane open on each side for about three hours, firefighters said.
