Tour of Missouri start times announced

The Tour of Missouri announced the start times for each stage of the cross-state bicycle race as well as expected finish times. The second stage of the race, which concludes in Cape Girardeau, will begin at 11 a.m. Sept. 8 in Ste. Genevieve, Mo. Riders are expected to begin arriving in Cape Girardeau beween 3 and 4:15 p.m. The seven-stage race begins at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 7 in St. Louis with a circuit race. Organizers of the race are expected on Wednesday to announce the detailed routes for each stage.
