IN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI UNTIL 915 PM CDT...
AT 855 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO
WAS LOCATED NEAR SCOTT CITY...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
CIRCULATION WITH THIS STORM APPEARS TO BE WEAKENING...BUT SPOTTERS
STILL REPORT SOME ROTATION AS THE STORM MOVES INTO NORTHERN SCOTT
COUNTY.
HAZARD...TORNADO AND UP TO PING PONG BALL SIZE HAIL.
SOURCE...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FUNNEL CLOUD.
IMPACT...MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE TO
ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. FLYING DEBRIS WILL
BE DEADLY TO PEOPLE AND ANIMALS. TREE DAMAGE IS LIKELY.
