Workers at the Isle of Capri casino site begin pouring the concrete for the basin which will hold the floating casino floor on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011. Work continued throughout the night and required concrete from 40 trucks per hour, totaling 2,100 cubic yards of concrete.
