TO STATE POST

JACKSON -- Steve Horst was installed as president of the Missouri Pharmaceutical Association (MPA) last weekend.

The MPA is an organization of pharmacists interested in professional development, education and providing quality health care for the public.

Horst, who owns and operates Horst Pharmacy at Jackson, was installed during the state meeting of the association held at Lake of the Ozarks.

Horst has operated his pharmacy almost 10 years at 2705 Highway 61 East. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.

He and his wife, Carole, are parents of two daughters, Jennifer and Laura.
