CEDAR CREEK, Mo. -- The bodies of two men who drowned in Taney County after being thrown into the water from a fishing boat were recovered Monday afternoon from Bull Shoals Lake in southwest Missouri. The Missouri State Water Patrol said the men disappeared Saturday afternoon near the mouth of Bee Creek. When the boat took a hard left turn, all three occupants were thrown into the water, the patrol said. The boat continued circling in the water until Taney County water rescue workers stopped it by throwing a rope into its propeller. One was able to swim to shore, but the other two men disappeared. Draggers recovered their bodies from 45 feet of water.
