BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- Stoddard County Sheriff Carl Hefner reports the arrest of three individuals from the Dexter, Mo., area on drug charges.
Following an investigation into illegal drug activity in Stoddard County and possession of stolen property from the Jackson area, a search warrant was executed at the suspect's residence in Stoddard County.
Inside the residence, law enforcement found a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Also, several pieces of stolen property from a burglary that had occurred in Jackson was located inside of one suspect's vehicle.
As a result of the search warrant, three individuals were arrested. Those three were:
Danielle Hennecke of rural Dexter. Danielle Hennecke is charged with the Class B felony of distribution of a controlled substance, the Class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, the Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance and the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $125,000 cash only.
Robert Charles Hennecke III of rural Dexter is charged with the Class B felony of distribution of a controlled substance, the Class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, the Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance and the Class D felony of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $125,000 cash only.
Aaron Lee Smiley of Dexter is charged with the Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and the Class A misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $25,000 cash only.
All three subjects were in the Stoddard County Jail Friday morning.
