A Cape Girardeau man received significant prison time on Monday when he was sentenced to 8 years in prison in connection with the molestation of a 5-year-old girl.Micheal Brian Hinman, 29, of 224 F Fort St., was sentenced in a county court Monday. MoDOT has a lot of money coming from the federal government ($525 million to be exact). Now the state transportation agency just has to figure out how to spend the cash.
