Jury takes over in Welty case

The murder trial of a Stoddard County teen, one of the youngest people accused of murder in Missouri history, could end today.The testimony and closing arguments are over in the Owen Welty murder trial, taking place in Clayton, Mo., on a change of venue. Cape man pleads guilty to child molestation

Just a few minutes ago Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney Morley Swingle sent us a fax about a Cape Girardeau man who pleaded guilty and was sentenced for child molestation last week in New Madrid County.Click here for the details.
