Arrested Tuesday afternoon were Robert Rodriguez and Keiven S. Cole Jr., both 21. All five men are charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon.

The Boyds are suspected of shooting at a vehicle at Good Hope Street and West End Boulevard on Oct. 17. Rodriguez, Cole and Williams were suspected in a shooting at 3125 Mimosa Drive Oct. 18, which was a retaliation from an earlier shooting, police said.

Three additional shootings occurred Oct. 17 to 19. No one was injured in any of the attacks. The motives for the shootings were under investigation, and additional charges may be brought against the defendants in the future, police spokesman Jason Selzer said.

A sixth suspect may have been involved, but no one else has been charged or arrested as of Wednesday night.
