John Seay of Cape Girardeau is among 10 delegates from Southeast Missouri elected to Missouri's Silver-Haired Legislature. Seay will served as a representative from the Southeast region along with Helen Hines of Fredericktown. Silver-Haired Legislature delegates are elected and participate in a mock legislature which is held in October in Jefferson City.
