TEAM SPIRIT GETS HONOR

The Cape Central Team Spirit group recently received a proclamation from Gov. Mel Carnahan for its efforts to prevent drunk driving.

The group, along with others from Jackson, Notre Dame, St. Vincent's, Meadow Heights, Scott City and Delta, was trained at a meeting last August.

Members of the group include Greg Clark, Adam Davis, Ryan Hendrickson, Andy Dunaway, Mandy Deimund, Ramona Robinson, Felisha Session, Rachel Roberts, McLane Jateff, Makenya Ray, Shawna Bradley, Ayondela Ray and Jessica Whittaker. Advisers for the group are Jeanne Heise, Tracy Lohmeier and Terrie Welch.
