Jack Grisham, a teacher at Cape Girardeau Central High School, attended an educational seminar recently on the Bill of Rights. The program was sponsored by the Missouri Bar and Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education at Lake of the Ozarks.
More than 125 teachers from across the state shared ideas about teaching students about the Bill of Rights.
