TCI SPONSORS CABLE IN THE CLASSROOM FORUM

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- TCI Cablevision will sponsor a teleconference, "Cable in the Classroom '91," Wednesday at the Holiday Inn from 5:30-8 p.m.

The national teleconference will be broadcast live to hundreds of communities. It will explore the educational programs and services available to all local schools through the TCI Education Project.

In addition, those attending can call in to ask questions or share ideas.

"TCI has had a longstanding national commitment to education," said Roger Harms, manager of the local TCI office. "The March 13 teleconference is an ideal way for teachers, school administrators and parents to discover and utilize this dynamic educational service, which is already available to our schools at no charge."

The teleconference will also be telecast for home viewing on cable channel 13, starting at 6 p.m.
