TAMMS, Ill. -- The Egyptian FFA Chapter at Tamms, Ill. will host a meet the candidates night at Egyptian High School March 1.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the high school gym.
Candidates for Alexander County commissioner, sheriff, treasurer, county clerk and assessor have agreed to take part. Each candidate will be given time to discuss their platform and then answer questions from the audience.
The meeting will be hosted by FFA president Beckie Ford and county chairman Lamar Houston. Advisor for Egyptian High School FFA is Danny McCrite.
