CAPE GIRARDEAU -- A "Super Kids' Run" will be held here Sunday.
The 1 p.m. run, which will benefit the Special Olympics, will be held at the Abe Stuber Track Complex on Southeast Missouri State University campus. The Student Recreation Center has been designated as backup in case of rain.
Three events will be held 100-foot run for crawlers; a quarter-mile run of participants 5-under; and a mile run for 6-12.
A total of 100 children have already signed up for the event.
