The "Glowing Goblins" story and coloring contest is open to students in second through fourth grade who submit a 250-word or less story and illustration about a Halloween adventure.

The story must feature characters from the "Glowing Goblins" stickers. The reflective stickers were designed to make trick-or-treaters more visible to motorists.
