STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN STATE SENIOR HONORS BAND

Three Cape Girardeau Central High School seniors participated in the Missouri Senior Honors Band Feb. 6.

Performing with the honors band at Southwest Missouri State University were Traci Baker, J.J. Haycraft and Sara E. Moore. The three are members of the Central High School Band under the direction of Ronald Nall. A total of 197 students were invited to attend.

Participating seniors were nominated by their high school band directors, and final selection is based on proven musical ability and citizenship.

Baker is the daughter of Carol Baker, Haycraft is the son of Gordon and Marty Haycraft and Moore is the daughter of Sandra Moore.
