Work by students of Jackson art teacher Nancy Collier will be on display at Gallery 100 beginning Sunday and continuing through Nov. 22.
A reception for the artists will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Gallery, 1707 Mount Auburn Road.
Collier has been teaching her oil painting workshops for more than 16 years, and more than 100 different artists have participated through the years, from beginning to advanced.
The workshops are held at Seabaugh Charolais Farms in a large space that allows the artists to leave their work from week to week.
Landscapes, florals and wildlife will predominate in the exhibit. Subjects range from Midwestern and Western scenes to Victoriana.
Artists exhibiting will be: Mary Bethards, Pat Cobb, Sarah Cochrane, Mary Craven, Dixie Jones, Linda Metheny, Carole Rhodes, Lynn Stoecker and Irene Tindall, all from Cape Girardeau; Cheri Colman, Denise Miinch, Lynn Moll, Elwanda Seabaugh and Lee Wulff, all from Jackson; Nancy Riehn, Millersville; Lillian Schreiner, Old Appleton; Jinny Buchheit, Shirley Guard and Sue Spencer, Perryville; and Eddie Stuart of Scott City.
Collier is a 1977 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University who has a commercial art business.
