Student regent named at Southeast Missouri State

Southast Missourian India Jeffery of St. Louis has been appointed student regent at Southeast Missouri State University. Jeffery, who is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in nursing, will replace Laura Hockensmith, whose term on the board of regents has expired. Gov.
