ALTENBURG -- Jennifer Palisch of Altenburg has been accepted to a summer study-abroad program at Cambridge University in Cambridge, England.
Admission to the program is limited to 35 students annually. Selection is based on academic record and grade-point average, a series of essays, interviews, work experience, college activities and recommendations from professors.
During the program students take classes in international economics, international finance and European business. In addition, students must complete an internship in business or industry while in Cambridge.
Palisch will be a senior at St. Louis University this fall. She is majoring in economics and finance. She is the daughter of Don and Linda Palisch of Altenburg.
