STROUP TO GIVE GRADUATION TALK

POPLAR BLUFF -- Southeast Missouri State University President Kala Stroup will be the featured speaker at the 27th annual commencement exercises at Three Rivers Community College on May 19.

Commencement is set for 7 p.m. in the Arrettia and Herschel Bess Activity Center.

Some 337 students will receive degrees.
