St. Francis Medical Center is offering a three-part stress management course beginning Monday. The two-hour classes will be held on consecutive Monday nights at the St. Francis Health and Education Center. The two-hour classes will be held on consecutive Monday nights at the St. Francis Health and Education Center. The classes will begin at 7 p.m.

St. Francis community education instructor Judy Stricker, who has taught the stress management course for several years, will lead the classes which are designed to help people cope with and manage the stresses in their lives.

A $20 registration fee covers all three sessions. To register or for additional information, call Stricker at 339-6261.
