Stoverink joins Martin Corcoran, Maplewood city manager; Dave Johnston, Jefferson City city administrator; and James Norris, Gladstone city manager on the board of directors.

Michael G. Herring, Chesterfield city manager, was named president of the association and Robert L. Irvin, Kirksville city manager, was named vice president.
