CLAYTON, Mo. -- A clerk at a suburban St. Louis Wal-Mart optical store faces charges of sending explicit photos of himself to female customers.
Court records stated 20-year-old Elver Sivac told police he used store records to learn the phone numbers of women and texted photos to six of them. He is charged with six counts of second-degree sexual misconduct.
Police said the first five women couldn't determine who sent the photos, but the sixth used a search function to determine the source.
Sivac worked as a clerk in the vision center of a Wal-Mart store in south St. Louis County. Police said they searched the suspect's phone and found nude photos sent over several days in July.
