State veterans Commission plans meeting Thursday
The Missouri Veterans Commission will hold a town hall meeting to discuss veterans' concerns from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at American Legion Post 63, 2731 Thomas Drive, Cape Girardeau.
