ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Twin brothers from St. Louis are sentenced to 10 years in prison in a brutal attack of a Laclede's Landing parking lot attendant.

The sentences were handed down Friday against 30-year-old Chris and Joseph Riti. Chris Riti was found guilty by a jury, and his brother had entered a guilty plea.

The attack happened in 2005. Two witnesses told police the men punched the attendant until he fell to the ground, then continued to kick and punch him.

The victim, Marcus Mason, suffered a fractured skull and a crushed eye socket, among other injuries. Authorities never established a motive for the crime.
