ST. LOUIS -- The second of five inmates who escaped from a city jail over the weekend was arrested Tuesday after being found hiding under a local van, authorities said.

David Head was arrested without incident, three days after he and four other prisoners bolted from the city's medium-security lockup.
On Monday night, fellow escapee Larry D. Catchings, 34, was arrested in Hazlehurst, Miss.
