Police said the north St. Louis beauty shop routinely keeps its front door locked as a security precaution.

The customer, who had her head back in the sink, told police she didn't see who fired the shots. Detectives could find no other witnesses.

Harvey's mother Catherine Clark said she can't think of any reason someone would shoot her daughter.
