A springfest pageant is scheduled Saturday, April 17 at the Eagles Aerie #3775 Hall, 321 N. Spring St. The Kenny Rogers Cerebral Palsy Center in Sikeston will receive proceeds from this event. The eight age divisions are: Baby Miss Springfest, 0-23 months old; Tiny Miss Springfest, 2-3 years old; Little Miss Springfest, 4-6 years old; Young Miss Springfest, 7-9 years old; Preteen Miss Springfest, 10-12 years old; Junior Miss Springfest, 13-15 years old; Miss Springfest, 16-20 years old; and Mrs. Springfest, 21 years old or older or married.

The first four age divisions will compete in party dress only. All other age divisions will compete in sportswear, evening gown, with "on stage" questions. There will be prizes in each age division including a crown, trophies, and savings bonds. Rehearsal will begin at 1 p.m. and the pageant will commence at 2 p.m.

Entry forms may be picked up at the Eagles Aerie Hall in Cape; Puttin' on the Glitz in Sikeston; The Body Shoppe in Cape; House of Brides in Cape; Petals & Pageants in Qulin; and Banbury Cross in Dexter.
