Special Olympics to hold 2003 games in Columbia

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Special Olympics organizers like Columbia so much, they're coming back next year. A meningitis outbreak at the games' longtime home at Fort Leonard Wood forced last year's games to move to Columbia.
