The Cape Girardeau Breakfast Optimist Club will hold its 23rd annual Spaghetti Day Wednesday at the A.C. Brase Arena Building. Serving will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The price is $4 for adults and $2 for children under 12. Dessert is extra and carry-outs will be available...
