The Southeast Missouri Music Academy will hold a benefit concert featuring faculty members Sept. 29 at 7 p.m.

The recital is a fundraiser for the school. Professional musicians will perform works on piano, organ, voice, clarinet, trumpet and low brass ensemble.

Tickets are $5. Playing piano will be James Sifferman. Gary Miller will play the organ along with Mary Van Hoet-Miller. Louisa Panou-Takahashi, Chris Goeke and Lori Shaffer will sing. David Green will play the clarinet. Marc Fulgham will play the trumpet.

A prelude by the student low brass ensemble will be guided by Robert Gifford.
