Thunderstorms and possible floods are being predicted by the National Weather Service office in Paducah, Ky.

Damaging winds, large hail and the slight chance of tornadoes are included in the forecast.

Heavy rain, expected to continue through Tuesday, could lead to flooding in low-lying and poorly drained areas, the weather service statement said.
