SIKESTON -- Representatives from Southeast Missouri State University, Three Rivers Community College and the Sikeston Area Vocational-Technical School will outline an associate degree program Thursday from 5:30-7 p.m. in the Sikeston High School cafeteria.
The university, community college and vocational-technical school will offer associate degree programs in Sikeston this fall. The arrangement was announced last month at a meeting of the Sikeston Chamber of Commerce.
Students in Scott and Mississippi counties will be able to take in Sikeston most of the course work for an associate of arts degree and about half of the work for an associate of applied science degree.
