Tom Miller of Cape Girardeau took his workout to the streets on his recumbent bicycle Saturday. "It works different muscles than an upright bike," he said. He rode 15 miles in the city, taking the hills in stride, but slower than on his mountain bike. "You try to stay in shape in the winter, but it's hit and miss."
