VILLA RIDGE, Mo. (AP) -- The pilot of a small plane is OK after the plane struck a power line and crashed in eastern Missouri.
KSDK-TV (http://on.ksdk.com/JzBPCe ) reports that the name of the pilot has not been released.
The accident happened Wednesday near Villa Ridge in Franklin County. Authorities say the plane clipped a 34,000-volt wire near Highway 100.
Paramedics rushed to the scene but the pilot did not require treatment.
