Leeanda Hornback, 21, the driver of the vehicle, and her passenger, Patricia Knight, 26, were taken to Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston after the 6 a.m. accident on County Road 807, a mile from Miner.
The Missouri Highway Patrol said Hornback's vehicle ran off the east side of the road before overturning.
