SIKESTON, Mo. -- Officers with the Sikeston Department of Public Safety are investigating a Monday night robbery.
Around 11 p.m., an employee of Huck's Convenience Store, 823 E. Malone Ave., reported a robbery at the store. She said a male came into the business with a gun and demanded cash, said Sgt. Jim McMillen, public information officer with DPS.
After the subject obtained money, he ran from the scene.
According to McMillen, man around 5-feet 8-inches to 5-feet 10-inches tall with a thin build. The clerk said the man was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a red scarf over his face.
