Orlando M. Perkins, 31, of Sikeston, Mo., was sentenced Monday in federal court to 168 months in prison on each of six counts of distributing cocaine base, or crack.
He appeared in front of U.S. District Judge E. Richard Webber in Cape Girardeau. On six separate occasions, between July 1999 and January 2001, Perkins sold the drug to a confidential informant in Sikeston.
