SIKESTON MAN HURT ON HIGHWAY 61
MORLEY -- A Sikeston man received moderate injuries Friday afternoon in a two-car accident on Highway 61 three miles south of Morley in Scott County. MORLEY -- A Sikeston man received moderate injuries Friday afternoon in a two-car accident on Highway 61 three miles south of Morley in Scott County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol said Randy McKnight, 24, was taken to Missouri Delta Hospital in Sikeston after he struck the rear of another vehicle slowing at the intersection of Highway 61 and Route U. The accident occurred about 4:05 p.m.

The driver and lone occupant of the other vehicle, Alicia Hamilton, 22, of Sikeston, wasn't injured.
The patrol said both McKnight and Hamilton were wearing seat belts.
