SIKESTON, Mo. -- Community and civic leaders in the Sikeston area will "serve time" for the Muscular Dystrophy Association during its annual Lock Up Tuesday. More than 100 people will participate in the event from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participants can turn themselves in at the Ryan's Steakhouse in Sikeston and be put in a jail.
