Signal repairs set for Route K

Route K in Cape Girardeau will be reduced to one lane this week as Missouri Department of Transportation crews install cameras on the signal arms.

The lane restriction will be in the turn lanes from Mount Auburn Road to Kingshighway. Weather permitting, the work will done nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. today through Friday. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
