Shoulder repairs to reduce parts of I-55 to one lane through Dec. 12 in Cape Girardeau, Scott counties

Shoulder repairs will reduce a portion of Interstate 55 in Cape Girardeau and Scott counties to one lane through Dec. 12 while contractors perform shoulder repairs on the roadway.
