Cape Girardeau police were called to Long John Silver's restaurant on Kingshighway on Monday afternoon after a man locked himself in a bathroom there.

Police at the scene said the man was a shoplifting suspect at Kmart who ran from the department store into the nearby fast-food restaurant.
