SERVICE AWARDS

SCOTT CITY -- Danny Boshears, an employee of Blair Industries, Scott City, was awarded $500 for his suggestions to improve productivity at the firm.

Boshears received his award during the annual Blair picnic last weekend, which was attended by 415 people Blair employees and their guests.

A number of workers received five and 10-year pins during the picnic. The 10-year employees have been with Blair since it moved to Scott City from Chicago, Ill.

Ten-year service awards: Francis Bader, Judy Biester, Tom Brice, Bobby Bruce, Grover Bruce, Debbie Burton, Juanita Copeland, Barbara Cummins, Betty Curd, Alba Dye, Judy Fernandez, Rosa Gaudin, Tracy Gibbs, Kathryn Groves, Fay Hale, and Eddie Harris.

Elsie Hazel, Carol Heise, Melba Jackson, Diane Keller, Janice King, Vivian LeGrand, Julie Leimbach, Betty Moore, Debbie Morton, Bob Moser, Diane Moser, Larry Moser, Alan Niswonger, Bonnie Bowers, Jane Skinner, Jo Ann Ulrich and John Wyatt.

Five-year awards: Danny Brashear, Michael Cowell, Jane Hart, Susan Hecht, and Mary Hooper.
