Slinker has served as senior communications and marketing officer at Humboldt State University since July 1998.

Zacharias is senior vice president for university advancement and chief operating officer for the Concordia Foundation.

Kiel has served as executive director of St. Francis Medical Center Foundation in Cape Girardeau since August 1997.

Mack is assistant vice president for university development at Indiana State University.

Southeast officials said they want to have a new head of fund raising on board this summer to replace Wayne Davenport, who took a position at Cleveland State University in Ohio.
