SEMO moves application deadline up

Applications for admission as well as on-campus housing at Southeast Missouri State University must be turned in earlier than in past years for the fall 2012 semester.

According to the university, the deadline has been moved from July to June 1 due to continuing limited housing availability.

For the past two years, the university has deferred enrollment for some students who want to live on campus and live outside a 50-mile range of the campus because of a housing shortage.
