Southeast Missouri State University enrollment stands at a record high of 9,618 students this fall because of an increase in the number of graduate students, school officials said Tuesday.
Total headcount is up 48 students from a year ago, according to final enrollment figures.
Southeast has 8,460 undergraduate students enrolled in classes this fall, down slightly from a year ago.
But the number of graduate students has increased by 6.5 percent to a total of 1,158, officials said.
